More Pictures Worth a 1,000 Calories

I'm obviously cleaning up my hard drive, but here's some more...

My chocolate chunk cookies and Oreo cheesecake are big faves with friends.

I made this with the leftovers for the little ones I made for a party. I have to post because for some reason this is the only plating of mine I like from photos.

We were invited to dinner at a friends who loves Mexican so I made mini-carnitas & roasted red pepper canapes. I made my own mini flour tortillas and they were gone within minutes.

My grandmother's recipe for gigot d'agneau farci a la provencal (leg of lamb stuffed with abricots and homemade sage sausage trussed with fresh sage and then roasted while being periodically basted with lavender honey.

I have a recipe for this somewhere on this blog, but this is my tonkatsu kare don (breaded pork served with curry & rice) with completely from scratch Japanese kare.

1 hour fougasse, not nearly as good as the other version I posted a recipe for, but will do in a pinch. I don't cut it the traditional way when I make this version but only because I don't consider this traditional.

Problems with Blogger

I've been having some problems with Blogger since I fiddled with my CSS - so a lot of my posts are randomly appearing and disappearing. As soon as I have the patience to look at all the code (and see what tiny little thing I probably forgot to close or add which is going to make me rip my hair out), please pardon the mess.

I'm especially sorry to my subscribers because this has to be super annoying for you, but I'll try to get to it. A few people emailed me about posts they wanted to re-read but couldn't find, so I'll see what is going on with those and email you individually with working links this evening and then tackle the code tomorrow.
