Another Reason to Love Hugh Grant (As If I Needed One)

Sorry, you caught me mid-drool.

I've been a fan of Hugh Grant's since I saw him in Impromptu, a film about the love affair between the composer Chopin and the writer George Sand (played by brilliant actress Judy Davis). He has always amused me, but that Mr. McMullen finds it hilarious that Hugh Grant managed to get proof that he was involved in hacking, police bribery, and other unethical practices, just baffles me.

Seriously Mr. McMullen - that's 1-2-3 times you've been so starstruck by Hugh that you put your foot right up your own arse. Couldn't resist bragging to the world that Hugh Grant (the moviestar oooh gasp!) took time out of his hectic schedule to do a bit of investigative journalism about you, eh? The irony is he's not a real journalist and yet he was investigating on the behalf of The New Statesman and you say you're a journalist but you were writing for the News of the World.

This isn't the first time Hugh has proved he is more than just an extremely handsome man that happens to spend a lot of time on the movie screen. I have always found him spunky and witty. Now he's showing the world he has brains and opinions on things that matter. And ethnics too.

An added bonus from a radio interview where Hugh's answer when asked about whether or not he has faith in Rebekah Brooks to "clean up the stables" is one of the best analogies I've heard in a long time. (And another radio but I found by accident.)
